GENERAL TERMS
By submitting a request, you agree to my terms.
I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or pause a commission depending on its complexity, my current workload, or if I feel disrespected during the process.
I may share WIP on my social media. If you need the design to be kept private until a specific date, please inform me in advance.
As the artist, I reserve the right to use commissions for self-promotion. If you require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), this must be requested before payment and will incur an additional fee.
All ideas, references, and details for your commission must be provided in advance to avoid ambiguity or conflicts.

PRIVACY & COMMUNICATION
Both parties agree to keep all information received during work confidential. Any private information must not be disclosed, shared, or transferred to third parties without mutual consent. These confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the commission is completed or cancelled
If you do not respond for more than 7 days without notice, your project may be put on hold until communication is restored. If there is no contact or update from you for 30 days, the project may be cancelled without a refund. are digital goods; no physical items will be shipped.
03.
PROCESS & DELIVERY
Work on your project will begin only after full payment has been received. Payment is 100% upfront.
Commissions are digital goods; no physical items will be shipped.
Updates will be provided depending on progress, but you’re welcome to request them at any time.
Significant concept changes made after work has begun (such as altering the model, theme, color palette, or layout) may affect pricing and deadlines. In such cases, terms will be discussed and adjusted accordingly.
I primarily work in Figma. Final files will be delivered in .PNG format.
04.
PAYMENT
A 10% tax will be applied to all orders to cover processing and platform fees.
Full upfront payment is required before starting your project. The total price may vary depending on complexity.
Rush orders (urgent commissions) are available upon discussion and usually include an additional fee of +50% or more depending on urgency.
Refunds are possible only if I’m unable to complete the order for personal reasons.
I reserve the right to cancel a project if I realize I’m unable to meet the requirements—in that case, you’ll receive a full refund.

COPYRIGHT
You may NOT use my work for AI training, NFTs, or any blockchain-related projects.
You may not edit, resell, or redistribute the materials without my permission.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
These terms may be updated over time. It is your responsibility to review them before commissioning me. I highly recommend re-reading the terms each time you place an order to stay informed of any changes.
